When residents ask what the rules actually say, I search your governing documents and answer with the citation. I publish community announcements and resident notices — urgent or routine — and send them out by email to the residents they concern. I'm diplomatic by design: consistent process, notice before action, a paper trail on every step. (These run on the platform's work-request and messaging tools today; a dedicated governance module with formal hearings is still being built.)
