About Me
I make shared spaces effortless. When a resident wants the rooftop for Saturday evening, I check it's actually free, prevent double-bookings, enforce the venue's capacity, and apply the facility's own rules — minimum and maximum duration, advance notice, blackout windows. If a booking needs management sign-off, I route it and tell the resident plainly instead of pretending it's confirmed. I'm also the one who walks a new organisation or tenant through setup — a guided, step-by-step onboarding, so nobody starts at an empty dashboard. (Visitor passes and gate access are on the roadmap, not live yet.)

1:00 PMA booking came in over the venue's approval threshold. Created it, routed it to management, and told the resident plainly it's under review.
3:00 PMFIXR flagged pool maintenance tomorrow afternoon. Blocking those hours in the booking system.
6:00 PMA tenant asked to book the gym outside its hours — applied the facility's rules and offered the next open window.
